Clear pricing before we meet.

Notarial fees are set by Nevada law. Mobile travel charges are separate, are not required by law, and must be agreed to in advance.

First signature of each signer.

$7.50 for each additional signature of the same signer.
Jurat

For each signature on the affidavit.

For each certified copy a Nevada notary is legally authorized to certify.

Mobile Travel Fee

Travel is quoted separately.

Travel charges are separate from statutory notarial fees, are not required by law, and are agreed to before travel begins.

Two-hour minimum may applyThe applicable travel rate and minimum will be disclosed before the appointment.

Traditional in-person fee schedule based on Nevada Revised Statutes NRS 240.100. Silver State Notary Co. will disclose applicable notarial and travel charges before a mobile appointment is confirmed.

No. If the document does not specify the required notarial act, you may need to contact the document recipient, issuing agency, or a qualified attorney for guidance.

Yes, when access is permitted and an appointment can be arranged. Additional time, parking, or travel charges may apply depending on the location.

Your total may include authorized notarial fees plus separately disclosed travel or convenience charges where permitted. A quote should be confirmed before the appointment.

A notary may be unable to proceed if legal requirements are not satisfied, including identity, willingness, awareness, document completeness, or other applicable requirements.
